“Ends are not bad things, they just mean that something else is about to begin. And there are many things that don’t really end, anyway, they just begin again in a new way.” — C. JoyBell C.

It is the real truth that ends are not bad and many ends aren’t really an ending; some things are never-ending. Finally, the journey to a 3-month full of memories and lollipop moments came to an end. It was 21st FEB 2021, a day to remember for my whole life as it was the last day of the fellowship. The day was full of emotions, feelings and a sense of contentment for each other which cannot be described in words.

My last session at Amal. ❤

Amal Academy has always tried to bring something amazing and enriched with learning. In the last session, it helped and taught many things like life moves on whether something is happening good or not. Time passes and what is left behind is our experience, memory we made. Throwing back to the last session, it made us strong and taught that be strong and do whatever you want with your heart and soul.

The whole session was totally different as compared to other sessions. We planned a little surprise for our facilitators, Ma’am Huda and Sir Hamza to pay gratitude for their love and countless efforts. We kept our videos turned off to surprise them. They were really curious about what was going on. It was decided among the fellows that we all will turn our videos after ten minutes of session starting time. They both were happy after seeing the compliments we wrote for them.

Talking about the activities, there were different things to see as compared to previous sessions like gossip, reflecting back to our journey, pictures, scavenger hunt etc. I really enjoyed Scavenger Hunt which we did during the session which was a quick game in which the whole batch was divided into two groups, where we have to solve riddles and just get the thing around yourself and take a selfie with them.

The best activity from the session — Scavenger Hunt 😍

“Life is something that we should enjoy, not only by being a bookworm, besides of this enjoy life with your own way of happiness and joy.”

I got to realize in the last session that talking and connecting with people with whom you have created a strong connection in a small period of time always feel great. Sometimes, we feel very low emotional and find somebody to talk and spit the words on. At that moment expressing your emotions and talking with your fellows who have now become just like our family is stress relieving and makes you go from low to high. Whether you are physically strong, if you are emotionally not well, you’re unwell and vice versa. So for me, it will be important to connect and do things to uplift my emotions along with my fellows at Amal Academy.

As we have developed a strong bond with each other during this small period of time so we will definitely be in contact with each other through different mediums like WhatsApp, Facebook etc. Also, we all are a part of Amal Alumni now so definitely Amal will be the platform to keep us bound together like a family ❤

This session also made me realize that happiness is very necessary for life and also the satisfaction that helps you to grow and keep a balance in life making you happy and satisfied. Also if you fail at some point it is okay there is nothing to worry because failure makes you a survivor and also that don’t be afraid from the challenges and problems you faced in your future you have to balance these things by using your power that hides in you. I will definitely try to continue this balance in my life by accepting challenges as an opportunity and enjoy them with that mindset that it will definitely result in something good, even if it was bad then I must learn something from that experience too.

“It is not the END, it is the start of the new journey and new phase of life.”

In the end, I would like to thank Amal for giving us the opportunity to discover ourselves and ideas to handle the situation and problems in the future and also to prepare ourselves for the crucial things a little bit earlier so we can survive well and also to make us able to face any situation with confidence.

I am really gonna miss each one of you from Batch-176. 😔❤

Lastly, I am really delighted to have Program Manager Ma’am Huda, Program Associate Sir Hamza and my loving fellows from batch 176 who have been there for me always throughout this whole journey and appreciated me for every single little thing and helped me out to grow as a better individual both personally and professionally. I really love you all and gonna miss the beautiful memories spend with you all.❤
